Matthew is a specialist in bringing brands to life. Having led brand marketing, sponsorship, PR and content marketing for a number of large and small businesses around the world, he has seen the good, the bad and the ugly.
From large corporates to start-ups, Matthew champions the importance of having a strong, clear brand positioning and message. He specialises in creating brands that capture customer attention, particularly in complex markets.
His experience includes consumer-focused blue-chip corporates such as Centrica and British Gas; B2B SaaS tech giant RingCentral, and latterly with Business Intelligence giant RELX (LexisNexis).
Matthew is a regular speaker, author and contributor on the power and importance of brand marketing and how to make it more impactful. He talks not just about WHAT brand marketing is or WHY it works, but about HOW it works and how it can capture the attention and interest of customers.
Outside of work, Matthew is a passionate volunteer. He is a school governor, charity Trustee and a volunteer EMS.
