Head of Client Experience, Capita
Victoria Page joined Capita recently as Head of Client Experience and is driving forward their marketing transformation and adoption of Salesforce/Pardot. Victoria spent the last year as a freelance consultant with a data and digital marketing agency supporting Maersk global logistics and shipping on their implementation omnichannel capability and personalisation.
Prior to that, Victoria worked in the water industry for the UK’s largest water and waste company Thames Water working in Marketing and Customer Experience and before that worked for eight years in the Telecommunications industry working for Vodafone and Three in various roles in data analytics, customer lifecycle management, and commercial strategy.
A self-confessed data geek, Victoria studied Operational Research and Statistics, and began her career as a statistical programmer working in clinical trials before transitioning into Telecommunications
