Chief Marketing Officer at Redgate, a role that mixes marketing leadership, general management, extensive strategy work and product marketing. Ben is passionate about putting customers at the centre of everything he does; scaling orgs, once product-market fit has been found; and working with inspirational people.

His main responsibility at the moment is to provide marketing leadership for Redgate, devising a strategy for company growth, identifying new markets, building and working with high-performance teams, then leading those teams against aggressive growth targets. Additionally, managing change through organisations, and building strong capability for the future.
